Abstract

The review covers various legal dimensions, such as digital contracts, data protection, intellectual property rights, online consumer rights, and cybersecurity. Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and legal frameworks, the study aims to provide insights into the constantly evolving legal landscape of digital interactions and identify possible challenges and opportunities in this field. Employing a qualitative paradigm and state-of-the-art review methodology, the study interprets the information. Among the relevant findings, artificial intelligence, the use of Big Data, and privacy and data protection currently receive emphasis in each discipline due to the parallelism of technology with daily activities. Consequently, the conclusions drawn from the hermeneutics highlight the need for a proactive and collaborative approach between the public and private sectors to address emerging legal challenges in the digital environment. Establishing robust and up-to-date legal frameworks, along with increased awareness and education on these topics, is essential to promote a secure, reliable, and fair digital environment for all stakeholders. Only through a holistic vision and agile response to technological changes can an effective and equitable legal relationship be ensured in the digital environments of the future.
