Abstract
In the current landscape marked by widespread internet adoption and technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data, the right to privacy faces unprecedented challenges. This article examines the historical and conceptual evolution of privacy, highlighting its breadth and intrinsic connection to human dignity. It addresses the need for new regulations to protect personal data in the face of AI implications and emphasizes the importance of transparency in algorithms and source code.
Privacy, considered a fundamental right, is presented as a global issue that impacts not only individual autonomy but also other fundamental rights in modern society.
