TRAINING: KEY TO THE PRODUCTIVITY OF HUMAN TALENT

Abstract
The purpose of this document is to reflect on the importance and relevance of training within each of the organizations or companies, hand in hand with other strategies and requirements such as a correct and timely induction and transfer of internal knowledge for the improvement of productivity and development. The optimization of Human Talent is vital. Currently, human resources demand to be trained in the face of the constant leaps that are identified in the technological part, strategies, among others. In view of this evidence, it is necessary to reflect and provide recommendations for the insertion of training in a mandatory and budgetary manner. Nowadays, the standardization of processes based on quality standards emphasizes each of the parts or wheels that a company has, so, without a doubt, a company focused on its continuous improvement will invest in training. The methodology used is based on qualitative research, referring to documentary research, since information has been collected and analyzed that supports our reflection, achieved and argued based on the collection of reliable information from reports, author's experience, data collection.
