Abstract
Teaching performance in higher education involves more than just the transmission of knowledge, but also an active commitment to the comprehensive training of students and the development of a more equitable society. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to continually reflect on their work and seek to update their skills to respond to the challenges of the technological age in which they find themselves. Only in this way will it be possible to ensure quality higher education that trains students not only appropriately for professional success, but also for active and responsible citizenship.
