Abstract

The synergy between organizational climate and transformational leadership in work performance at the University of Margarita, key elements to be enhanced within academic institutions. The synergy between these factors impacts not only employee satisfaction but also influences productivity and innovation in the university environment. A positive organizational climate is characterized by trust, effective communication and employee motivation. In the university, the construction of an environment that fosters participation and a sense of belonging is fundamental to enhance the dedication of faculty members and administrative personnel. This research study aims to evaluate the synergy between organizational climate and transformational leadership in work performance, based on the fact that both terms play a decisive role in generating change. It is evident that leaders within universities must inspire a clear vision in the team, promoting continuous learning and adaptation to new challenges. Their capacity to foster creativity and collaboration exerts a direct influence on the well-being of the educational community. The methodology was developed through a documentary research approach, with a focus on discursive axes related to the topic. Ultimately, the conclusions refer to the strategic approach that integrates innovative leadership with the strengthening of the work environment. This will facilitate the implementation of sustainable improvement initiatives over time.
